PIL demanding removal of Shah from the post Gujarat University

The Gujarat high court Thursday to notice J B Shah, l d Indian lore, the Institute University Registrar and Director of higher secondary Department of State a PILS Shah demanding removal from Office has been released.

Gujarat University News : Exam Fees

Colleges affiliated to Gujarat University (GU ) have demanded that the university should improve compensation of Rs 3 per student is offered to schools to collect examination papers of students and sending them to college. Universities have demanded that out of Rs 25 per semester for accumulated student, as a record review by the university , Rs 12.50 per student should be given to universities.

According to university officials , each semester about five lakh students appear in the exams and college GU collects around Rs 2.5 million rupees as examination fee .

The university archives exam forms on its website, which is then discharged by colleges and given to students to cover . Recently, the university decided to give 1.50 rupees per student as remuneration to the schools, but schools opposed the decision. Then, the university decided to increase the amount at Rs 3 per student.

Universities claim that GU is charging Rs 25 for the simple publication of the forms from the website and universities , which collect the forms and send him to college , there's nothing much that is unfair.
